Tried to order online at 8:30 . Couldnt. Fine. Drove to store . Open sign not on so I went next door to eat. If your going to... be closed at 8:30 the website should reflect that. Or maybe open sign is off to deter late customers. Worked for me. Theresotger places to eat. Read more
Overall I like JM's but this particular location is just okay. I like to evaluate businesses based on the 3 C's...Consistency, ... Communication and Cost. The quality of the sub depends heavily on who is working and they sometimes ignore special notes foronline orders. However my biggest frustration is the attitude of the staff. They don't make you feel welcomed and at timesappear to be annoyed by having to take your order. Hopefully they will understand that CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE is what trulymotivates customers to patronize your establishment. Read more
They make great subs ... and sometimes when you order online with special requests like, "draw a weird face" or label separate... subs with obviously fake names ... they do it. Totally makes my day. Read more
It's ok.... very simple sandwiches ????. Not a lot of choices for toppings but it got the job done!
This is directed at jersey mikes as a whole. I pay as much as your restaurants as I do at a sit down restaurant, except I?m... just getting sandwiches with no drinks and a couple bags of chips. My kid orders bread , six pepperonis and cheese, $8.50,that?s greedy. There are less expensive sandwiches with a lot more on them. And with those windfall profits, the tip hatindicates you are paying $2+ wages because you are allowed to pay you employees like they are waiters/waitresses. That itselfis laughable and should be illegal but let?s face it, they happily allow S lave wages here in the south. The Harris teeternext door is just as good when it comes to food quality. Read more
The staff was extremely rude when we walked in. I understand that they close at 9 but it was 40 minutes until they closed. I... can see you having everything put away 5-10 minutes before closing but not 40. Read more

Good sandwiches.. but please fix your bacon.. its gross.. needs to be cooked more. Its way under cooked
