Food was ok at best because you can tell it was sitting in the warmer. Crispy chicken was a little soft and soggy. Service ... could have been better if the employee talked to me more than joking around with her co-workers. Read more

Advertised close time is wrong. I was there at 8:08 and stood at the register for at least five minutes while people continue to... walk by me. I asked if they were closed and absolutely no one responded. There was at least 10 workers there. Superunprofessional? Read more

So, today while I was working I placed an order for 3 mac/cheese bowls and 4 biscuits. Pd online and got in touch with my... husband to see if he could pick up a KFC order while he was out. He let me know, that yes, he would. Fast forward a littlewhile and I get a very rude call from this store asking me if I placed an order. I replied yes and said what my order was. Theperson who called said that my husband picked up the wrong order and he was going to bring it back or we were going to be payingfor it. Ok, cut the attitude because he went through the drive through. They had him park and took the order to him. Last butnot least, he had no idea what the order was because I'm the one that placed it and the one who paid for it. I deal with peopleeveryday on the phone for work and would never talk to a customer like that. He took it back and I hope they treated himdecent. If not, I'll be going up the chain. Read more

We were in a fire truck and tried to get food. They had their inside closed. Obviously our truck won?t fit through the drive... thru so we tried to ask if we could order inside. The lady looked at me several times and just pointed to the drive thru window.We drove around to the drive thru window, just to stand there for ten minutes and no opportunity to order food because of theconstant flow of cars.
