Was told to pull around to #7 there was a car in thr space. I called inside an told them tbey said they were about to bring... out. 10 minutes later call they said someone came out there was a car there with no one in it. Told them I called was parkedacross from it. 10 minutes later call oh we could not find you Im bringing it out now. 10 minutes later I went inside an askfor refund. They were there is your food in that box over there. Yes 30 minutes later 3 or 4 phone calls several peoplehandling it. And worse the little guy at counter went to get manager and she brushed him off told him she was too busy to speakto me! Terrible manager!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!!! Read more
Do NOT come to Belmont McDonald?s on a Friday after 10:00 pm!! Been in drive-thru for over 30 minutes to order a couple of... milkshakes. From the looks of inside, pretty sure there?s no more than 1-2 staff inside. Not sure how people are making itwithout going back to work. Oh wait, I do know why. Read more
Love the food but I didn't think my order was ever going to be placed. Numerous employees had walked in and out around me... looking but no one else took my order. Set in the drive-thru line for 10 or 15 minutes without moving. Behind about six other cars. And there was no other customers at... the pickup window. Finally just drove off without food. So not sure what they were doing inside. But apparently not working.Imagine they were short-staffed like a lot of other businesses. Read more
The decor was very pleasant. The play place seemed very clean and kids had fun. There was a ton of seating. Food was delivered... to our table, but not a word was said from the employee. But that?s fine I assume. Read more
It?s amazing how most all McDonald?s seem to get our order correct except the two stores in Shelby NC. My wife mostly orders a... quarter pound hamburger with only mustard; no cheese,no pickles,ketchup, or onions?only meat.mustard, and bun. Seems simpleenough! This place is a joke went September 18 and was told to park gor food waited 30 min. Then had to call 2 times to to get my food... brought out . went back tonight September 21st 2021 thought i would try 1 more time I ordered a quarter pounder and I received avery RAW quarter pounder. I do not recommend this place at all manager do not care at all and employees are just as bad. Read more
Went through the drive thru, pretty crowded. Got through fast and food was hot. Employees had smiling faces too!! This place... really appears to have it together. Read more
