Ordered 2 pizzas and poppers, was delivered to the wrong address (or not at all, idk but i didn't receive it). Called and was... told they would remake and re-deliver, some time later I was called and informed they were out of poppers and asked to berefunded for them. Pizza was finally delivered and it is extremely greasy and undercooked (as a result of trying to get it outto me as soon as possible I'm guessing). One of the pizzas was supposed to be double beef but I definitely wouldn't considerthis "extra beef". Read more
This delivery driver with her boyfriend in the car, pulled out in front of us we had to slam our brakes and blow the horn to... make her aware of what she was doing. She stopped @ a green light holding up traffic on a very busy road while we were behindher and wouldn?t let us by. We went around, by then the light was red. She and her boyfriend started swearing @ us and theboyfriend tried to get out of the vehicle to approach ours. He?s lucky his girlfriend didn?t let him. Apparently he hangs out @the store all day while she works. If there was a physical altercation it would?ve in my rights to press charges on both of themand sue papa John?s. ***Worth the read protect your family*** I ordered 3 boxes of cheese crust cheese pizza for my kids July 2022. My pizza arrived... at a decent time. The first box my kids ate was not pretty at all it had more crust than pizza. My kids still ate it because wedon?t eat out often. I decide to eat a slice of pizza out of the second box. The dough was extremely flat and stuck to the box.I look past it and eat 1 slice. I wake up with either food poisoning or the stomach flu. I threw the rest of the pizza in thegarbage. I reached out to the manager Sherry G or Sheryl G. She informed me that everything comes frozen and the only thing thatcomes fresh is the dough. I explained to her that I?m pretty sure it was the dough. She also informed me that she just becameGM for the store the day prior. She said that there are something?s that needs to be changed and that a quality check shouldhave been made so this kind of thing does not happen. She took my information and said she would pass it on to the store ownerand I would receive a call within 48 hours or she would call me herself. It has now been 96 hours and no call from anyone. Noteven an offer to refund me for the terrible customer service or bacteria filled pizza that caused me pain a suffering. Now mywhole household who made it through C-19 with no sickness is sick with respiratory infections. Do I think it?s connected yes Ido. Are employees washing their hands? I feel like I have been robbed. These pizzas had so few toppings that they were barely identifiable. I used to love Papa John's... when I lived in Greensboro 20 years ago. No more. I could have done better with a 99 cent pizza from the freezer. Read more
I ordered a large meat lover pizza. It took forever to get delivered and when I received my pizza it was cold , there was no... extra sauce like I asked for the pizza wasn?t cut all the way through so we called and got another pizza remade and delivered.The second pizza we decided we wanted todo half meat lovers and half cheese , we were told it was going to take 1 hour and 35minutes until it could be brought to us. But they said they would cook it when the driver got back to the store so it was asfresh as possible when we received it and it was colder than the first pizza we got, still no ex sauce and still wasn?t cut allthe way through. My husband had to cut it himself when it got here. Employees were very kind when trying to make it right but wewere still not satisfied. I guess we will just stick to dominos. Read more
