This by far the worst Benny?s I have ever dealt with. My order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver and I live 5 kms away. The... food was cold when it arrived and they forgot the drink I ordered. Part of my order was onions rings that cost $5.49. I got 5onion rings for that price. I wish I could post a picture of it here to show everyone. I saw something abnormal !!! Any delivery from this restaurant ( Uber and DoorDash) they ask the delivery guy to go inside the... kitchen to pick up his order That?s mean everyone could access to the kitchen!!! The access to the kitchen in any restaurantshould be forbidden to people from outside the restaurant, to avoid any cross contamination, Hope to hear explanation about thisobservation. I used to say it was the best chicken/poutine place around, being a regular customer for about 25 years or so, but I can't... anymore. So I'm changing my 5 stars review to 2. Cold, mooshy fries, when they are more than dozen, cold club sandwich withmoist bread, poutine with 'no' sauce or way too much sauce, cold chicken, lack of bread, etc. And the service got bad as well;had to argue with the staff to have with cheese curds on the side as I prefer not to have a sack of melted cheese when I gethome; and don't get me started about the service when there is a mistake. Not too sure what happened but they've been on thedownward since a few months before the pandemic started and it's not getting better. It was my first time today i actually !!as soon as i came in the girl that toke my order was not wearing a mask and was... complaining how tired she was already ..all time i was there she never put her on and also i was looking true the small hole onthe wall and i could see that the other workers in the back were wearing the mask under there chin or under there nose not verysafe to order food actually i really didn't want to eat my meal anymore the owner should check is worker more closely Read more

I can't say no to crinkle fries and that's what fries they use in their poutine. Their gravy is also very tasty. The chicken is... moist. Recommend. Read more

Moved from Saint Jean sur Richelieu and their Benny is not comparable to this one. The portions are smaller for the same price,... a lot less sauce, no bun, and the sauce that you get tastes like norhing. I will be giving this Benny another try and hope thatthis was just a one time thing. Extremely disappointed. Read more
