2/20/2021 After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through and getting to the cash to pay (not even when they took my order) they... told me they couldn't scan my coupon for the $1 hot chocolate coupon I had on my phone (sent to me from Tim Horton's) as theirscanner didn't work. They then proceeded to charge me full price, they couldn't accept payment from my app/Tim Card, againbecause of their broken scanner. They told me to pay by CC or debit or cash instead. Then they didn't even offer a free TimBit or something (I ordered 2). I didn't even care about the $0.25 free Tim Bit, but at least try and make up for your mistakesor broken equipment or not telling people in line when they order their scanner doesn't work. I didn't even want the hotchocolate that badly, I only ordered it because TH sent me this coupon for having completed a survey for having gone throughanothe TH the day before. I just wanted to see some effort. Just poor service and they didn't seem to care as demonstrated bytheir lack of actions/effort. Read more
Clean premises, right off the highway and picturesque location. One of the better Tim Horton's I've visited!
Coffee anytime better than Starbucks. Canada is always one up in this regard - they show how one can have better coffee at a... much lesser price. Read more
Service too familiar. And they switch the soup and the potatoes between two trays while they don't have the same sandwich (BLT... vs grilled cheese)... but meal always good and equal. Read more
Been there many times. Sometimes great service, sometimes so slow! But my orders are always accurate.
Worst service ever. Takes forever to get served. They're running around like chicken without heads. They don't get your order... right and then arrogantly insist that you ordered what they served you instead of correcting the situation. Not lacking in TImHorton's in Beloeil / St-Hilaire area.
