I don't normally buy already prepared sushi or pokebowl, but they told us there was a important delay and we were a bit in an... hurry. I never ate a fresh pokebowl here so I don't know if it's normally any better, but this was really bad. I'm insulted thatthey would sell that to anyone. Read more

Bad experience after bad experience. Today it took two and a half hours to prepare my 30$ order. Some people came in after and... left before me. My soy sauce was not in. Save your money for a business that actually wants it. Read more

My family and I have ordered from this branch often. We have always asked for a change on a couple different rolls, no meat, and... it has never been a problem before. Our last order the quantity was messed up, so we made a complaint. Which is normal. Tonight,my husband tells me that they now refuse to modify anything because of his previous complaint. This is pretty strange, therewere no issues before and no confrontations around the complaint. He then cancelled the order. I don't think we'll ever returnto that branch, I hope things get better in the future there. Thanks. Read more
