The manager Darla is rude and hateful. This store is constantly out of stuff. Poorest customer service I've ever seen at a... Casey's. AVOID THIS STORE at all costs! FURTHERMORE do not call corporate. They say "confidential" but then they give your nameto the regional manager Pam McCormick so she can take all your information right to whatever manager ! This is the worst chainto patronize! Lazy regional manager isn't able to watch videos! Instead gives the manager whatever info to cover it up cause shedon't wanna have to work! Easy access pumps. Good Pizza, Coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Its a typical gas station/convenience store.

This place is bad. The main reason I say this is because of the terrible manager at this store. I feel bad for the employees... that have to work here. The manager (Darla) is such trash, not only at her job but to her customers too. I tried to go in to gethelp and got nothing but rudeness and no help with my problem. If your wondering, the problem was that I spent $300 on a prepaidcard and it wasn't activated. I tried to tell them and they said to call the card place. I called twice and said that the cardhad to be activated. I went back and again nothing but rudeness and no help at all. The manager also bullies her employees andher customers. I don't care if she's been working there for 18 years. If a manager is as rude as her, it's time to get a newmanager. If you are planning on working here DON'T! You will regret it. If you want to work at Casey's, go to the other one!They need to fix up there act! I feel so bad for the hard working employees that get slandered. And I feel bad for any customerthat has had similar service to mine! Read more
