I was visiting family and I decided on Applebee's. Parking lot was vacant, so we (6) walked in and was seated. The hostess was... not happy or pleasant. It was not busy at all. Our server was slow,she forgot my soup 2x. Second time she said it was coming right out,bartender told... me it was still frozen. They did take it off our bill. Bartender made us some drinks one called Green Tea. I highly recommendthat drink! Very good flavor! Read more
Ordered medium steak. It was well done and burned. Called and was given SEVERAL options to make it right. I chose for the steak... to be redone. The second steak was perfectly medium. The manager was very nice. I really appreciate her making things right.Thank you Applebee's! Read more
Terrible food, worse service. We came in and they were throwing a fit because it was 5 of us. IT WAS NOT BUSY IN THERE AT ALL.... Took over 10 min just to take drink order then 3 different groups with more then 5 each came in and all got served drinks andfood BEFORE US. We waited over an hr for our food to come out while watched everyone who came in 20 minutes after us be servedand cashed out. Also all our food was terrible and non of us wanted to eat it. We got apps and a steak with mashed potatoes. Mypotatoes were so dried out and gross they were like a crunchy gummy texture. And the steak. I do not think it was even a steak.Tasted like Spam. Horrible. Had curbside to go. 1-Forgot two orders of fries. There was barely any fries in the ones we did get. 2-Forgot my sour... cream and guacamole for nachos. 3-Food was not hot. 4-Never got my blue raspberry lemonade. 5-One of my kids milks were almostempty. 6-Manager sounded annoyed when I called about things missing before I left. Got the stuff missed, milk replaced andnever got the lemonade. They gave me free kid meal vouchers and a $10 off next order. May never go there again. They were great3+ years ago when just the two of us went to eat in but now went downhill. Read more
Not a good experience. This Applebee's used to be a decent location. Our order was cold, the fries and potatoes tasted like they... had been sitting out for hours. Our waitress left after we received our food and the manager blamed the shift change but therewere only 3 other tables when we arrived and maybe 5 when we left. 3 employees working the front. Silverware was dirty and afterwaiting several minutes for someone to come by, I finally got up and walked to the front and grabbed my own replacementsilverware. Will not be going back to this location anymore. One of the tables sat after us and ended up getting up and walkingout after 10 minutes of being seated and no one came to take their drink order or greet them. There was a lot more that happenedon this visit but I don't want to type out 5 more paragraphs. I'll simply state that I would highly recommend not going here intheir current state. Read more
Food was good. Had their club sandwich which was excellent. Went back there about two years later after mask mandates for... COVID were eased. They had revised their menu. Had a new item. The quesadilla burger which was quite good. They added somenew menu items. Read more
Hair in my mash potatoes. Chicken burnt to a crisp. Friends meal burnt to the point of jerky! Manager never even came to talk... with us. But when we asked for her she was very unprofessional. She told me she would take half off for a meals that was noteven touched. And had hair in it!!!!!!!! Never again! As a bartender/ server I rarely complain. But this was to much!
