0/10 would not recommend. Unorganized chaos. Stopped here for coffee. There was a line for sandwiches, bagels, eggs and... heard many customers placing orders. Since I wanted coffee walked up to the line by the register for the batista to make acoffee. Above the register is a display showing the special coffees they are offering for fall. We waited patiently for itto be our turn. The cashier was making coffee, so I was thinking we would be next. Many people around us their breakfast orpick up order was done and they were checking out. We even had a man cut us off and they helped him. A young gal from theback came up to tell us that we needed to wait in the other line in the back of the store. Never asking what we wanted. Ifthat is the case that coffee orders need to wait in the breakfast line this should be posted on the front that all orders needto be placed here. Why would I order coffee with the lady that has the sandwich sign when I am not ordering breakfast. Thestaff was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. We left without coffee and took my money to Starbucks. They are more willingto make a hot cup of coffee and I'm sure it tastes better too! I love Beliot but will never return to bagels and more. We stopped in today for coffee and stood in line for over 15 minutes, when all the people in front of us were served the person... at the register started making coffee's. We waited for her to finish and thought she was going to wait on us. She didn't, shewent to do who knows what. Another person moved to the register and told us we had to go to the end of the line. We told her wewere the next in line and that we had been standing in line for quite some time. She ignored us so we left. What terribleservice. She never asked what we wanted, she wasn't even polite about it. We came from out of town. Will never return to thatplace. Read more
Great service, extensive menu and very good food/environment definitely worth stopping by!
We have been going down to Bagels & More for many years for various meetings. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. Some... of the coffee drinks are the best I?ve ever had. The downside is that it is very loud and that makes it hard to communicate. Iwish they would add some acoustic panels or foam on the ceiling to muffle some of the noise. Read more
Their everything bagels are THE BEST. More than a bagel shop, though, they have great lunch offerings. I know the family and... they use natural ingredients and lots of organic and local ones, too, though they don't advertise it. Good people and the onlyplace in town you can get a good cup of organic green tea. Read more
They have delicious Vegan food options available here. Ive visited twice now. This is definitely my new spot for food in the... town of Beloit. The employees are very friendly and quick to offer delicious vegan suggestions.
