Horrible horrible customer service. Fat lady looked like she didn't want to be there. No smiles. Her and another lady were doing... Drive-thru had to wait to to order. Onion rings were good. Burger was cold but didn't want to wait and lose money so I just ateit. Double Cheeseburger meal is a joke. You're better off going to Culver's for one. Never coming back. went there to get a shake they told me they were cleaning it 2 hrs prior to close. the next day i go get one they then tell me... several hours before close they are out of the mix for the shake machine. k i thought i was at BK not McDonald's. get ittogether Read more
Worst bk I've ever been to. How does a burger joint run out of mustard? I don't think they've changed their fryer oil since the... 90s. Fries tasted like old grease, my burger was cold and I wasted half my lunch break waiting in the drive through. I honestlydon't even think the staff cares. Read more

Leah was super friendly even tho she was really busy she took time for us and to answer questions. We ask if they had the gay... pride whopper she looked at us crazy and said no. If you are a native to the greater Beloit area and are familiar with the west side fast food scene, you know that McDonald?s on... Madison Rd is #1 worst fast food joint, BK is coming in at Hard second place! Always something going wrong seems like, cardreader not working, online orders only, out of product, missing food when I get my order, I can?t believe how bad these storeshave gotten, 20 years ago when I was in high school I was working at a fast food restaurant and would never ever think aboutleaving a customer with the customer service I have received.
