It was 6:25 when my sister and I entered and there were 3 people behind the counter and two groups of people eating at tables. ... The girl Allysa (or Alecia) said Hi, be right with you after a minute of our waiting at the counter. It seemed the 3 behindwere working on an order, but the people in-store already had their food and were eating. We waited and talked about what wewere going to order, looking at the staff getting subs together. After about 5 minutes, another couple came in and waitedbehind us. I moved closer to the counter and the girl again said she would be right with us as she went into the back to getsomething. I assumed she would be with us as soon as she came back out. Nope ? she went to make more subs. The couple behindus were getting impatient also and asked if we had already ordered. I informed them we had not but had been waiting a while todo so. At that point we were ready to leave but the girl again stated she would be right with us. I stated that I hoped so aswe weren?t going to wait but another minute or two as we had been there since 6:25. We continued to wait and the couple statedthey had never waited this long either. At 6:35 I asked the girls name and told her we would not be waiting any longer, putback the brownie and my sister put back the chips and we left. Went next door to Doc?s and were waited on immediately, thenwaited on our food while sitting at a table. We discussed while we were standing there waiting in Firehouse, on the fact thatwe had NEVER waited more than a couple minutes and the fact that there were 3 people behind the counter; one could have simplytaken our order and informed us there was a large order and they would get to ours shortly. We could have sat down and waited. Not at all what we are used to for service at Firehouse. The staff was talking, so it was not like it was so rushed theycouldn?t even talk. We usually love to eat Firehouse Subs for dinner. I placed an order on the app. My bread was dry. The pickles seemed old. I ate... half my sandwich before realizing there was a dark hair in my sandwich. Gross? Read more

A variety of tasty sub options. Quality & fresh tasting ingredients and soft bread. Some proceeds go to help firefighters with... life-saving equipment and you can even round up to the next dollar to help a little more if you want. I have had the meatball,the NY steamer and the Italian subs so far and all were delicious. The Italian was served warm which was a welcome change to theusual cold cut type from other sub shops. There are a variety of chip, drink & sweet dessert options available as well to makeit a meal. I will definitely visit again. Read more
I?m normally a huge sandwich/sub/hoagie guy. I?ve eaten them from everywhere including many firehouse locations. This location... however, I will not return to. Service from the short redhead guy was absolutely not okay. He wasn?t just not friendly, he wasrude. A sandwich came with onions, I turned to my wife next to me to see if she wanted to take them off or choose something elseand he tells us ?if you want to step to the side so I can help the next person while you figure it out.? It took me two secondsto ask her, no where near the time it took to even be greeted. There was no one inside eating and one person behind us. Give usa second. They were out of white bread so we had no choice but wheat. Toppings were center loaded and minuscule, mushroomstasted old and rubbery. Bread tasted extremely dense and chewy. I had a pleasant experience at this Firehouse Subs. The subs were tasty as usual. Service was prompt. I was in and out in less... than 5 minutes and I don?t think that?s too bad for such a great, made to order, sub. I recommend stopping by. Read more
