Ordered on the app for pickup. Food was wrong, spicy chicken deluxe, no lettuce, only 2 tomatoes slices, needed to be 3,... mayonnaise was put on with the spicy chicken sauce, which does not come that way, buns overcooked and chewy. 2 Big Mac, nolettuce or Mac sauce or pickles., Tried to call the store but only a fax machine came on. Stopped in around 12:30 today. They are remodeling the store, but that a poor excuse for the way they conducted business. For... starters only one light in the restroom, very dark. No trash can for used paper towel. Ordered a large coke, Mcdoubble and aMcchicken extra pickles on both. Received one small pickle slice on each, not to mention having to reconstruct my sandwiches. Noketchup ore napkins. The worst of this visit was when I got ice for my coke there was a large black piece of plastic in it. Itold the young lady who took my order. She in turn reported to two managers sitting at a booth by me. Didn't seem to mater tothem that a foreign matter is in their food because no one did a thing about for the 15+ minutes I was there. Any business that forces people through a line without product after paying for it, and then fails to deliver on what the... customer ordered, deserves bankruptcy and litigation. If I ever go back (which lets be real I probably will), I'm not pullingforward if asked to. I suggest everyone that goes here to refuse to pull forward until your order is delivered in full. After checking offers online (that stated were valid until 10/3) my husband ordered 2 sandwiches (quarter pounder & fish) and a... large fry. He was told the fish filet was not included in the buy 1, get 1 for a $1 offer. The female employee was notimpressed when he questioned the cost and would not give him the offer. At $4.59 or some such outrageous amount it'll be thelast one we buy. Also we were not given the receipt so if there was an employee name or manager listed we do not have a way ofknowing. Update: Really great experience the last visit. Did a mobile order that came out quickly and accurate. Seems they may have... turned things around! Always a huge line. Staff is usually very friendly but on day lots of yelling and dropping off the f bombwith the drive thru window open. Everyone has a bad day but that is a very poor representation of this business. I have been here before and yes, the drive-thru is very slow but that honestly does not bother me because I understand that most... places are under staffed right now. The reason I am giving only 1 star its because my cold beverage had a hair on the outside ofthe cup touching the whipped cream, I mentioned it to the lady who handled me the drink, I did not swear, I wasn't rude or meanto the person, all I asked for was for my drink to be replaced, which she did but when she gave me my new drink did not give mea straw. I asked for a straw, one time, 2 times, ignored me, 3,4,5 times, the other person inside with her heard me and lookedat her, that's when she finally gave me a straw but by this point she was very rude and didn't even looked at me. My review andcomment are not to be mean to anyone but to get management's attention, please you must read and pay attention to all thereviews left here because you guys are obviously NOT paying enough attention to your employees and I truly believe they needmore training and more help!
