Great food, but the delivery is horrible. The man who answered the phone this time wasn't polite at all, and it took 3 hours to... get our food because our online order didn't go through. There has been an issue every single time we've gotten delivery (3 or 4times) and it always takes at least 1.5 hours. Read more
We ordered a pizza a little bit ago from you guys we had called Domenico's and we ended up getting a Palermo's Pizza the bacon... was fatty there was hardly any sauce the crust was raw on the top and hard on the bottom it was the worst Pizza we've ever hadin Beloit and we ordered pizza quite a bit the guy on the phone didn't even know that apparently Domenico's and Palermo's areowned by the same person and all they said about it is they would note our account well we just drove 900 miles home and wantedto have pizza for dinner while we sit and relaxed after a long drive and now we can't even eat it because it's a horrible Pizzaif I could give you zero Stars I would Read more
Order two Cesar salads, in the past usually it came with chicken. (One of the salads was ordered with no croutons) This time... around there was no chicken and no ranch, just lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Holy MOLDY! Moldy cannolis got me sick super quick. I was lucky I take photos to review food and was able to have proof but... unfortunately I ate it all the way until the bitter mold made me throw everything up. I?m so disappointed. I?ve eaten here 20+times with no issues but this is unacceptable. The cannolis were very moldy and it was initially disguised by the chocolatechips. The chicken parm sandwich was completely soggy. Every bit of bread and breading on the chicken was soggy and soft. Thefries were not fresh. Way past overdone, yes somehow still soggy. My wife ate half of a Gordita before we found the mold in myfood and called it quits. I was so sure this location would be a 5 star review but I wish I could give it zero.
