We ordered sausage and pepperoni pizzas. Normally sausage is added before cooking, right? So the cheese holds it on? Not this... time. Ordered online and picked up from the drive up windows. Pizza was cooked well and done before pickup time. Stuff crust push with... sausage and half mushrooms, pepperoni p'zone and chicken alfredo pasta. Update: Employees were a bit frazzled and not sure whatto do. They claimed to be or of pasta again. Today at my work we got a random pizza delivery from the Beloit Pizza Hut location with an unknown name attached to the order -... we never ordered any pizza. But regardless Brandon, the Beloit Pizza Hut store manager, wrote a kind note with the pizza andallowed us to keep the pizza for free. If we ever want to order a pizza again in the future, we will definitely be ordering fromthis location with Brandon as the store manager. Amazing service and super nice delivery driver as well. Drove up for pick up, paid, told to park will be about 10 min. Waited for 25 min. & when they shut off the lights & an employee... came out with the garbage did I approach the drive up window only to watch one employee blame the other for not letting themknow the pizza was done & been in the warmer for 15 min. Got home to find the pizza wasn't even the pizza I ordered. I doubtvery highly I will be ordering again from this pizza hut. Very disappointed! Read more
I did an order online and meant to do it for delivery but upon editing the order it reset to pick up and I didn't realize it... before submitting which was fine but I didn't want to tip if I was picking it up so I called and asked can I either switch it todelivery or have the tip taken off even jokingly explained if I was going to any other fast food place I wouldn't tip and had alaugh about it. We decided I'd just pick up and pay upon arrival. Well apparently someone thought I was ridiculous and decidedto eat a slice of the pizza we ordered. When I called and told the manager I was pretty much brushed off. I told her I thoughtthey should watch the cameras and write up the person who did it because it's definitely against their policies to eat acustomer's order. Even if they were upset about the tip it could have been a conversation I'm open to being convinced that it'sdeserving beyond delivery I just don't understand why I wasn't told anything beyond "wow that's surprising" as the solution tothe issue.
