I loved this place when it first opened but we won't go back. The food has been getting worse every time we go and today we had... the worst experience ever. First they had no diet drink and when I asked if I could have our money back we were told no andthey gave us un-sweetened tea that was clear as water. Then they served us macaroni and cheese and when we asked for a fork orspoon we were told they were out of them. When we asked to speak to the manager she completely placed the blame on the generalmanager and the young staff for not telling us. We told her she could have easily went to the store to buy some and she saidshe didn't have permission for that. Then she walked away from us. We will not be going back. I ordered through the app to pick up 20 minutes after I placed the order. After arriving at that time to pick it up, I still had... to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I had to ask for my drinks and when I got home noticed a number of items were wrong ormissing. This was not the first time I didn't get my complete order. I know it was dinner time and the drive thru line was longbut it is reasonable to expect to receive what you pay for. I will return to this location but I don't know when. Read more
Ordered through DoorDash. This was the second time. The first time was great. This time ordered coleslaw and have been extremely... sick. Has nothing to do with DoorDash but the actual food product I received. The fries were also cold and stale. Never again. Read more
Terrible. 1st time we ordered everything was perfect we thought it was gonna be a good place to door dash but today was the... complete opposite. Chicken tenders were overcooked, no meat at all. Ordered chicken sandwich, never received it, order half hothalf regular chicken dinner all was original. Welp won't bother wasting 40 dollars. Not consistent. Read more
I was working there they fired me with no reasoning at all other then discrimination. And I will be filling a law suit as well... for that. they are not a sanitary business I was there earlier today and they were prepping chicken that had been expired 4 daysprior today is 6/30 and the chicken exoneration date was 6-26 and 6-27 about three to four cases of expired meat. The shiftmanager called the general manager and let them know because the cooks did not speak English so we were unable to communicatewith them and the GM told the shift manager it wasn?t her call to say if they weren?t good or not WASNT her call to say if wewere going to serve it or not Read more
As a rule I don't generally give chain restaurants more than 3 stars. At this location, the young lady running the drive thru... was very pleasant and curtious. The meal, overall was tasty. Slightly disappointed in the size of the sides. I ordered a 16piece family meal, the sides wouldn't be enough for an average family of 4. Also, for the money, nearly $50, 16 pieces shouldinclude a few chicken thighs. This location is very convenient for traveling guests, situated in an area with hotels and justoff the ramps of 2 major highways. Read more
Horrible experience. A chicken sandwich was so overdone one quarter of it was inedible and unable to be bit through. The spicy... tenders ordered were served mild. The mac and cheese was (no joke) 8 noodles and a glob of burnt cheese, and the wildberrybeignets were served loose in a bag with an insane amount of powdered sugar. To top it off the register jockey was moreinterested in hitting on the girls in the kitchen than any sort of order accuracy or quality. This location won't last long atthis rate. Read more
