Just got coffee here for order pick up for 5:20am on 11/2. The women with tattoos REALLY needs to chill and take her attitude... down a few hundred notches. I thought I ordered a iced Americano on the app, but I messed up and ordered it hot. I didn'tdiscover this till she handed it to me. I apologized for my mistake, asked if they could possibly remake it iced and said I'dpay for the remake of needed. She looked at me and said with a strong condescending tone and annoyed look "you ordered it hot,I'll remake it for now but make sure you actually get it right next time" shuts window hard and walks away before I can evenprocess the fact that she talked to another grown adult like that. Look, if you don't like your job don't take it out oncustomers. Made a honest mistake I owned up to, didn't need to be treated like that. The reason I give it 3 stars even afterthat is because the young woman who took over after the other one closed the window in my face was very nice and the young manmaking the coffee made really boom coffee. I've also had pleasant and very friendly experiences at this location when I grab theoccasional night coffee. Read more
I love the staff here, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming! Makes my drinks perfect every time! And if there?s ever a... mistake they are prompt to fix it, just slow at times but makes sense being the best coffee place off the interstate love it! Read more
I love this place, but the workers need to pay more attention to customizations. Multiple times I have asked for extra carmel... syrup & crunch topping, just to get none!!! And I'm paying over $7 a drink. It should at least be right. Read more
Staff is always friendly. I love ordering in the app a head of time. This let's me just hit the drive thru to pick it up. I... usually just get a venti pikes place. Update: still a great location. Still use the app for ordering unfortunately, thismorning I did not. I do use the app to pay much easier than paying with cash or card. Read more
Every time I come they are closed for order ahead or drive thru only. No longer a fast stop from expressway
This is one of the top 5 slowest Starbucks that I've ever been to, and I've been to them all over the world. They don't have a... good system, they get thrown off instead of appreciative of mobile orders. While watching them make drinks I noticed they moveslow regardless of how busy it is as if they're on their own time. I know good employees are hard to come by, so hopefully thischanges, but core issues like this start at the top. Who's your store manager and what are they doing to fix it? Read more
Came here right before getting ready for my best friends wedding! We asked if they could write ?bride? on her drink & they... absolutely outdid themselves! Typical Starbucks. Love it or hate it, it?s consistently the same. Personally I like a regular hot latte and so that?s what I... got. Went through the drive thru. Staff was nice. I like the sign they have in the window. It?s inspiring/cheesy but I like thepositive nature of it. Read more
