Cockroaches all over in lobby. Disgusting would never order or eat there again.

I work with this subway location on a biweekly basis to provide for ~120 employee lunches and they exceed our expectations every... time. Quality meals, phenomenal customer service, and all-around a very consistent/reliable establishment. Clean restaurant, fresh food, and friendly, courteous staff. Probably one of the best subways I?ve been to.
I specifically told them not to toast my sandwich, and they did just that, I got work and bit into the sandwich and it was hard,... and chewy, yuck. So I called them to let them know what happened, and I was told that I would have to come back right then andthere, to get my replacement, the other part is, I would have to bring back the original sandwich with me. First off it was yourmistake, second off, with gas being $4.00 a gallon right now, I'm not wasting gas to go back today when I'm already at work,this was supposed to be my lunch, and I can't leave work for a replacement sandwich. I will not be stopping at that store everagain. The messed part is, I loved that store. The convenience and everything about it, friendly staff. With that being said, Iwill find another Subway to stop at from now on. Just a reminder, make sure your sandwich is absolutely perfect before leavingthe store, if not, you will literally have to eat the $14.00 that you just paid for that sandwich. Read more
