I wish I could give this a zero. My sister and I were just in the drive thru. The employees kept saying "hello? Hello?" Over the... intercom and we responded and got nothing back other than more "hello?". Then an employee stuck their head out the window andwaved us forward but then left as soon as we got to the window and stood there and talked to another employee and then walkedoff. I feel like they were playing some sort of game, or trying to avoid serving people. Either way, pretty rude and extremelyunprofessional. Read more
Went to order food, got various items, then asked for the "sunrise" freeze, she kept saying which one for some reason, I kept... saying sunrise, freeze. She said, I know sir, but which one? Wild cherry or cherry...I just said forget it, and got the cherry,so she asked my a name for the reciept, I said my name, then she said to spell it, I did slowly, letter for letter, got myreciept and still spelled it wrong...waited at my seat to be called for my food...she comes out and sweeps the invisible dirtfrom under my chair, so I thought, ok? Stopped here on a road trip. I think it's slightly more expensive than most Taco Bells because it's part of the Pilot system.... But they made the food really well, didn't skimp on anything, it was actually delicious. Employees were friendly and it wasclean inside. Read more
If I could rate this negative stars I would. The employees are incompetent and the managers could care less one way or another.... I'm not sure who it was I dealt with but I was over charged 60 dollars for my food and they refused to give me my money backeven after I had proof I was charged wrong. They must've had a glitch in their system or someone was just trying to line theirpockets. They said I wasn't charged and I have proof I was. I will never come to this taco bell again. Read more
Service seems on par but the behind the scenes at 6:15 on a Friday night oct 28th 2020 with 4 customers is ; M-fer this and... m-fer that after customers leave. Not too tough being professional but apparently the workload at TB is extremely stressful withmore than 3 peeps and an empty drive through on a Friday night. Read more
