We usually like the food. But today, the staff was unfriendly at the window. We were missing 1 out of 2 sides of nacho cheese,... my fiancés boss burrito had NO rice in it at all and his other burrito was pretty much COVERED in sour cream. And the burritohe ordered they usually ask ?chicken, steak or beef? and he wasn?t given the option. Pretty dissatisfied with their servicetoday. Read more

I went to TJ?s last night to get food and they were pretty short staffed. That?s actually not a complaint tho because the... service was excellent. The staff that was there were working their butts off and being extremely professional about it.Corporate should get them help OR pay them to compensate them for the rough shifts they have. Read more
Probably one of the dirtiest taco John's I've ever been in. This place used to be a bright spot in town, winning the city award... for being one of the cleanest places to eat. Save your money on disappointing food and a grimey place. Read more
Live 8 blocks from there. 12/4/22. 11:30 am. 6 pk and a # Soft shelled. Potatoes were definitely fried twice over, but were ice... cold, as well as the tacos. Always Looked forward to taco treat. but not anymore. Read more
