I have ordered delivery multiple times since they opened to have food delivered to my workplace. All orders has been wrong.... Either the order is delivered with items we did not order or items were missing. When the order is correct and complete the foodis good. Service was good, time was a little unstable but their service was polite. The food tasted great I was so excited, but I got... really sick with food poisoning the next morning and I had only ate a chicken sandwich and fries within that 24 hours so I knewit was from that. It's a total shame because I really do like wingstop. The black lady who is the lead with a pink thing on her hair has the... world's worst attitude. She brings the entire shift down. We (2 people) should up for a late lunch not realizing that this Wingstop location had only been open for only three days. The... food was good, portions were adequately sized. The service was friendly and good. The big question mark was the amount of timeit took us to get our food. It was two orders of wings and two sides with drinks and it took 31 minutes from ordering toreceiving our food. Now this may be because of being newly oponed with all new employees or not. I have not yet been back to seeabout the time it currently takes for the time to receive your order for dine in customers. I hope that time delay has beenimproved. Never even been to the place but I do work in customer service as a bartender. With this being a new establishment I should've... only seen one bad review about customer service because it should have been handled asap! Do you even check your reviews? It'svery sad to read these and see that even management has bad attitudes. Good luck carrying on with that kind of staff. Won't begoing especially with the sanitation issues. A bandaid coming off? When we first arrived the cashier was very demanding when we were trying to tell her our order. She was short and snippy with us... and she was very rude to the customer behind us, ?that?s not what you told me, you told me something different? the customertried to explain it and she scoffed at them. So the fries are great and the chicken taste fine. But I?m not sure why they offer sauce when they barely put any on it. It?s... like drizzled or something. And it takes quite a long time to get your food. The staff seem nice though. Read more
Pretty new store. But I?d have to give them a 1 Star. Based upon attitudes, no gloves in the kitchen. Touching food with bare... hands that falls on the counter and putting it in a basket. This place should be shut down because so many germs are beingspread and clearly the owner does not know how to run a business. Good food though.?EDIT?. Stopped in again because the food isdecent but I know I shouldn?t have. Waited 35 minutes for my order. My grandma can make a pumpkin pie from scratch quicker thanthey can put chicken in a fryer.
