I've been going over too this Hardess for couple of months now first time ordering was awesome but it sure went down hill fast... 2nd time order was messed up tryed to correct it but it got worse orders after this has been cold food and last night went toget hubby Taco's I was told didn't have onion to put on them plus no cream for coffee it's a shame that when you come from WVthinking you get better service and it yucky to the guy that took my order hair to his shoulders no common sense at all no hairnet n got home food was cold again that will be my last trip to belpre to get food . Excellent milkshakes. The cashier we had, Jacob wad a great guy. The other lady up front who I'm assuming was a manager wasn't... very nice. We pretty much paid and got parked for our order immediately on a very small order (only 3 items) and she keptcomplaining about "her drive times" not sure what that means but she seemed kind of rude about it Read more
Since 1960. We have made sure our patrons had access to ketchup and napkins. But as of 2022, we now keep all of that in a locked... safe behind the counter. If you can guess the combination, we will give you 1 miniature pack of ketchup and half a napkin. Read more
Went the drive thru...the girl that took our order actually "sighed" at us! When she gave us our food she slung the bag at us... and walked away from the window. She did not say a word to us!! I've never been treated so rudely in my 49 years! i will not goback to this Hardee's! There's many other options around that will treat you much better! Read more
