napolis use to be the best pizza in the arae. over the years their quality has gradually gotten worse and worse and their price... have continued to increase. just getting anything from them you are over paying for it. i got a large pepperoni pizza from thema week or two ago and it tasted like rubber. i ended up throwing it away and not eating any of it besides the one piece i took acouple bites out of. the breadsticks i had got were the only thing edible in my order. they dont care about keeping anyonesbusiness and have never seemed to care about that. i use to eat napolis several times a week years ago and so did most of myfamily. now none of us eat there hardly and i won't be eating there anymore. there is just no quality to their food anymore. Have been a life long customer. Ordered a chef salad and cheesy bread. The order was terrible no meat or cheese on the chef... salad and little to no cheese on the cheesy bread. The price was also way over priced. I take my family there for sunday dinnersfor the past 20 years. I am done with wasting my money and time on a company that has been going down hill over the last fewyears. They got there last order from me and my family. Here is what happened exactly I have witnesses for every word I said. I ordered a supreme with everything on it except olives. I... usually open the box to make sure the place I get pizza from didnt mess up the order. This situation was different, we called itin early super bowl Sunday at 4pm. Kept the box closed to keep it hot, then stuck it right in the oven on low heat soon as gothome. Opened it up at 5:50pm right before game started. We eat half of it and we say do you guys taste any meat?? No!? Becausethere was no meat and they charged $30 bucks! This was not repeated back to me that it was a garden patch or vegetarian pizza iwas on speakerphone and nobody heard that. I called little hocking store again and they said they didnt take the order not asorry and didnt offer anything to make things right i was clearly very upset yet respectful. She said I dont know what to tellyou and I said I know what Im never getting pizza at Napolis again, it didnt taste that great my 76yr old stepdad said he likeslittle caesars better and I said we couldve gotten 5 pizzas for same money too I didnt feel like driving into town but next timeI will. I was in the area making a delivery and seen this place off the highway, and decided to give them a try. Staff was friendly and... nice, and the pizza I order was really good. The sauce has really good flavor, along with the crust, and very crispy. If I'm inthe area I would definitely go back. Read more
