The food was okay, a little slow coming out, but it was tasty and fresh. I don?t normally have the best experience with service... here, and a lot of people complain about the service, but I had an amazing experience with Zoe as my waitress. I worked there for a month. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, especially the managers. They gave me a training meal so I... can suggest things to customers as they order. So I decided to try a chicken salad. They literally gave me food poisoning frommy training meal. They give their own employees contaminated food, so what kind of quality do you think customers are getting?It's disgusting in the kitchen, trust me. Had Lunch with a Friend, food was good. The only problem was everything came out at same time. So we had Appetizers & our Salads... and other items all at once. So need to work on Timing. Food was good. Waitress was on the slow side. I think they didn'thave enough staff. Sign in front says "Under New Management". Seems better than previous mgmt!! Place was cleaner. Just needto work on timing. **Need to bring back "All you can Eat - Soup & Salad" loved having French Onion Soup w/Oriental ChickenSalad....awesome meal!!! Read more

The staff were great. However, the prices for what you get explains why this chain is failing. You can get better quality and... quantity for less at a number of places. It used to be Applebee's had decent food at reasonable prices... This is no longertrue. Read more
Not a good experience. Took 10 minutes just to get a waiter. There?s only one other person (customer) besides me. Ordered a red... sangria, nasty (didn?t have an ingredients). Ordered a Oriental salad and was told that they didn?t have all of the ingredientsand it would take a lot longer for the salad to finish. My food was over cooked and nasty. Deborah was a great waitress. Food came out hot and fast. Didn't have a single issue. We visit this location probably once a... month or every few months and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. Wings were hot. Pasta with blackened shrimp wasdelicious. I feel other reviews are just people who like to complain ???? It's an Applebee's, not some 5 star restaurant on theplaza. Ya get what you can afford to pay for. It's a great place for a nice casual dinner and some cheap drinks. Read more
Our food came to us at just the right times, including the appetizer! Our waitress was such a sweetheart and made sure we had... all we needed. I look forward to stopping in there again soon! Only issue was, we got there late in the evening, so at first theplace looked closed. Additional lighting in the parking lot would be nice. Also maybe a large sign to let walk-ins know to waitto be seated (there's a small sign off to the side, but easily missed) We almost left, but glad we investigated! Lol ???? Read more
