They got the entire order correct, and it was a large order. I ordered ahead, went through the drive thru. We had great service.

All but the manager here is absolutely exceptional. Ordered an impossible (vegetarian burger) meal and tried to eat outside.... Wasps began invading and followed us inside. Asked the crew to help and a brave young man saved our lives (ok, I'm exaggeratinga tiny bit). There was a tiny dark skinned lady who was just the sweetest thing ever, too. I asked a quick question on her wayout the door and she stopped what she was doing (with her back pack on and all) and took her time to help me and I truly wishmore people like her existed in the world. The manager is very dry and should not be in customer service. No smile, noenthusiasm. Seemed we were an inconvenience to him, couldn't even get eye contact or a returned smile. Other than us putting himout. The employees here and my experience was very good. The food was good and bathroom was clean. Also, the young interracialboy with tight curls in his hair was very nice and good at his job. Thank you all for a great experience. We rarely eat out, sohaving a welcoming atmosphere really matters. Burger King at Belton was a unexpected surprise. Have visited Breakfast and lunch and customer service was good and restraunt... atmosphere was impressive. This is a transformation from previous experiences at Red Bridge, Blue ridge, GRANDVIEW ( I49 outerRd) Blue Prwy; which service wise i can't realize any difference in these and the one at 43rd & Troost! I visited this location last week. Prior to this visit the service has been just okay. There was a girl named Tierra and she was... a ray of sunshine. She has excellent customer service skills. Others should try to learn from her! Read more

I visited the Belton Burger King earlier this evening (6/15). After placing my order, I sat down and noticed that the... restaurant was very warm. I asked the front counter why it was so hot and was told that the air conditioner was out. I suggestedthat it was very uncomfortable for customers that chose to eat in the lobby and that a sign on the door warning of the lack ofAC would be nice. The response from the young lady at the register was that they were in it all day. I replied that they werebeing paid to be there but I was a customer ? there was a big difference. Others chimed in that part of the AC was fixed andthey were trying to get the rest fixed. Somebody said they were on ?a list?. I was told that the owner and general manager knewof the situation. I suggested some fans would make things more comfortable. Their response was the owner refused to providefans. I later spoke to a guy that identified himself as the associate manager. He had a pony tail and tattoos with no name tagvisible. He also never offered his name. When I again mentioned getting a sign on the door for customers, he said he had notbeen told to put up a sign. When questioned again, he said he was not authorized to make a decision about a sign. The guydisplayed an extreme ?I don?t care attitude?. I asked who the manager was and he said he could not tell me. When asked who theowner was, he stated that he did not know. He said that only the manager was able to contact the owner. I was finally told thatthe manager should be at the store in the morning. When I told him that I was going to publicize this issue through social mediaand escalate to corporate, he again did not seem to care. If the customer part of the store is hot, I wonder how much hotterthe area where the employees work is. I am in the process tonight of getting in touch with some of my OSHA friends to see ifthis can be investigated by them. Read more
