I am finally writing a review after giving several tries to this specific chipotle. The food quality is decent but they cannot... for the life of them put out an accurate order. I have ordered bowls and burritos with little to no customization and holdingbeans. Never once has any of my 5 orders from this place been accurate and if you enjoy your food a certain way-having aningredient you asked not to include can ruin your entire order. Please learn how to read.. or just.. something because this ispathetic. Imagine having an allergy to something and getting sick because an employee didn?t care to read what the actual orderwas. I ordered on the Chipotle app around 6:45pm and set a pickup time at 7:30pm. I arrive about 7:35pm, but my food wasn?t ready for... about ten more minutes. Food was very fresh though; well made and exactly what I ordered! Staff was kind and helpful as well! Read more
I get food from this location at least a couple times a month and my meals are consistently good! I mostly use the app to order... these days and my bowls are often full like in the picture. The staff is always polite and hard at work when I go. I personallytry to avoid the lunch and dinner time wave by ordering just before or after to ensure my order isn?t rushed through. I tend toplace my order and head straight there, as the team will often prioritize your order to decrease your wait time. They seem to beshort staffed some days like every business at this time, so my recommendation is to plan accordingly. Read more

Normally this chipotle has been good, but not today !! I placed an order online at 6:20pm, and the order was supposed to be... fulfilled for pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived at chipotle around 6:35pm and had to wait until 7:20pm to get my order. They also lostmy order and had to ask me what I had ordered so they could make it. The store was pretty busy so if they can't handle onlineorders then they need to call their IT team and have online orders shutdown for the day. The online ordering system known as OLOcan be shutoff so they should be doing that instead of letting people wait 50 minutes to receive their food. I most likely willnever be returning to this location. They also hardly put any chips in the bag anymore as you can see by the pictures, and theyhave also reduced the portion sizes at least at this location. Go to a different chipotle or just somewhere else altogether. Read more
