Asked for honey mustard instead of canes sauce. Was told it would be 50 cents more. One sauce cup for a meal if 4 chicken... tenders and 50 cents more just to get a different flavor... Taking my business elsewhere in the future. Read more
I went drive-thru late and got the caniac combo like I normally do. When I got home to eat the chicken tenders breading was very... inconsistent and not normal and it did not taste right. I ended up not liking the food at all even the fries were greasy. Itried calling next morning letting a manager know and they told me I'm supposed to save my food and I not to mention I was at afriends house so food was throw away. If I spend 17$ food should be good to say the least. They never called me back like theysaid but not to worry I'm not petty I just won't go anymore. The customer service is very disappointing they don't do what theysay and it's sad there so many more places that do a better job. I'll take my business elsewhere ?????. Read more
Great food at good prices. My go-to fast food, doesn?t matter what day it is. Just wish they were open later than 11pm, I come... from locations being open till 1-2am. Take the first hour of dead business and flip it to an hour later closing, or 2, please. Read more
Small servings now.... my guess is inflation has them deflating the chicken... way smaller than the last time I ate at a Canes.... This Canes has been there for a while but today is the first time I've been there. The drive thru was very busy but we dined... inside. Now we usually have churches chicken as we prefer dark meat as it is more moist, but this white meat was better than Iexpected. The sauce was good, the fries were OK but I like my fries thinner and more crispy. The catsup was good. Kylie wasour cashier, a very polite young woman. Had a short conversation with Max the manager. This place exceeds any fast food restaurant in Belton at this point. All the staff is professional, clean, and prompt. The food... is always hot and fresh and I had to leave a good review based on every single other fast food place around here.
