Alright, yesterday afternoon I went to sonic to grab lunch for my mother and myself. I place my order just fine, the wait till... the screen says "your food is on its way" wasn't long ether. Here's when my problem begins, I get it the place was a littlebusy. I waited almost 20 minutes after the "here comes your food screen", another person who had ordered after me got his food,and I caught the lady going back. Told her it had been almost 20 minutes since that screen and her eyes kinda went wide. Askedif I had used the app, I said no, she asked what name had popped up on the screen, all I could say was the first letter of thename because I couldn't remember the rest. So 2 come back and tell me they don't have any of the main food item I ordered atall. Why the hell didn't the woman who took my order say that in the beginning!!! They offered to get me something else, I saidno, I'm fed up at this point. Offered me my drink I ordered I said no to that too. They gave me a couple of coupons and I left.The part that gets me the most about this, is that they didn't say they didn't have it, and they pretty much just left me therewithout a word. Read more

Worst sonic I have ever been to!!!! Week ago went and the system was shut down I understand it happens but I asked for a refund... and they said they would give me one two days later. Never gave me a refund. Come to find out they don't do refunds so they gaveme a voucher when I used the voucher a couple days later The lady was so freaking rude making it like it was so hard for them touse it!!! Went back tonight. Ordered a drink and a blizzard and sat there for 30 minutes while other cars who got there after megot their big orders of food mind you I ordered my stuff on the app 10 minutes before I had got there finally I had enough askfor refund and the lady said she would give me one but highly doubt I'll get the money back since they wouldn't give me it lasttime, definitely won't be back. I swear these burgers are getting bigger! Yep, you read that right! Not smaller. Bigger! Great service. Fast. Efficient. I had... the #1 medium combo no ketchup (I forgot to say no onions). Otherwise, plenty of ice in my Dr. Pepper. Fries were good, warm andalot of them. Service with a smile. Within my budget. I'll be back! Read more

Doing better now. They were short staffed for a little while. I stopped going for a while because of that. But, they seem to be... doing a whole lot better. The Sonic App is updated and working correctly now. I wasn't able to pay from my phone before with theold app. Thank you so much. Read more

1030pm and my employees ordered food from this establishment. We ordered 2 tenderloins 1 with chili cheese tots. And a chicken... sandwich. All of the sandwiches were old, tough cold and chewy. The tenderloins were VERY small, did not even match size ofthe buns. The tomatoes were mush. Other than the drinks it was a complete disaster. Spending just under $30 for 3 people I wasexpecting much better food. I hope that if I return that the late shift at sonic in Belton takes more pride in the food theyserve. This is not the first or second time this has happened. However when the food is fresh it is great. Which is the reason Istill get food hoping that by chance I may go the night that there is an employee that cares preparing and serving the food. Thanks for the grease from the fryer and the burrito that is all shell... tots are so greasy you can't pick them up without... grease dripping. The burrito is basically all shell what little egg is in there is slime. Why am I paying so much for this. Hadto throw it all away. Clearly I need to rethink my morning decisions! Used the app to order all the time and every single time they get the order wrong and forget the food. They also take much... longer than any other sonic we've been to and need more employees apparently. Can't even fix the order properly after the facteither Read more

Meh?.lots of room for improvement. Really hope my popcorn chicken comes with chicken next time. Ordered a medium and 3 actually... had chicken. The rest looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the grease pan. Plus: drinks are always good and 1/2 priceon the APP. Saves you a long wait as they tend to have slower service at this location.
