I?ve never in my life heard of it being ok to turn a customer down for something they try to order. My husband works 3rd shift... and has came in multiple times to order a simple pizza and yet the employees wanna tell him no they ?won?t make his pizza? andtheir reasoning is ?because they don?t feel like making it?. This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. As from this momentforward I will take my money elsewhere before I ever order food from this establishment ever again. Since it?s up to theemployees as to when the customer can order food and when they can?t I?ll make sure to NEVER buy any type of hot food from youguys EVER again. Read more
Customer was arguing with cashier...not sure if something was about to go down...no fresh coffee or none at all.
7 Eleven on Harrison Bridge Rd. is my quick, go- to place for snacks, drinks, & (my personal favorite)boiled peanuts. The store... is always clean & organized & the staff have always been friendly. Great store for a quick stop. Read more
I paid for gas, the pump wasn?t on, i waited patiently and then went back inside to tell the clerk it wasn?t on, it never came... on after SEVERAL minutes (meanwhile my infant and toddler are getting hot in the car). In return where the clerk was completelyunapologetic and RUDE! I will not be returning. Ever. Read more

I'm amazed by the transformation of this store. I stop going here a year ago. The employees were rude. The store was nasty... roaches on the coffee area. The new manager and her staff have turned that store around. It's cleaner and organized. No roacheseverywhere. And the staff are more friendly and actually helpful.. Read more
They are rude. I paid 30 dollars for gas and took my grandbaby to the bathroom. When I got to the car they had put my money... back on my care. They said they give you 3 minutes to pump your gas. I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. They didn'thave it posted anywhere in that store that I had to pump my gas right then. That was my money . I have never heard of anythinglike that before. I will never shop there again in Belton. The manager was so hateful. Read more
Went to get gas around midnight after I got off work. The pump seems to always run slow. Once done went to go inside and was... told the store is closed with the door unlocked. Not happy that I will need to go back out in the morning. Read more
