Let me start with I love McDonalds. This used to be one of the better McDonalds around here but not lately. Go to the drive thru... they pull you up and make you wait, order on the app you wait even longer. They are always leaving food out of the order. Whenyou complain you just get excuses or attitude. Last straw we literally got a cheese burger with no meat when we brought it backthey just shrugged. Read more

Best McDonald's I have been to !!! Very respectful employees! Even when it was rush hour, and I ordered 30 burgers and fries.... Just watching them communicate and work together was awesome!!!! Well done belton McDonald's...... Read more
I can't thank the staff enough. Last Friday we had to put our 16 year old family dog down. At 10:30 in the morning this... McDonald's made us an order of fries so she could enjoy her favorite food one more time. Thank you so much for making a veryhard day a little easier. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Drive threw was slow, taking for ever I just wanted a coffee so I went inside and was told the... lobby was closed and they wasn't taking any orders right now but yet there doors was open? DO BETTER! Always very good service at this location. The staff are always pleasant. Even when extremely busy. Destiny rocked through 2... full lines of cars at the drive thru on Memorial Day. went to the restaurant and the lady that took our order was so nice. We get to the window to get our food the manager stacy was... extremely rude no smile no contact even while talking to her. She left out our smoothie I get home call her she said yeah itright here like it was my fault i didn?t get it. I was in drive thru. Then get our food out the bag the mcrib were stuck to thebox and drenched in sauce soo gross.. The fries were half full and cold.
