I do like TB but I don't think I'll visit this location again. The staff was friendly but service was super slow. Slower than... molasses on a Winter morning. The place was not clean. The restroom Literally had human feces on the floor and tons of ???? inthere. Read more

Just went through the drive through and was asked to park in a parking spot. Sat there for 35 minutes and water multiple cars... after us, who also parked on the side to wait for food, get their food before us. I had to ask 3 times where our food was afterwaiting patiently for 20 minutes. We were handed someone else?s food at one point. They ran away too fast for us to check it andtell them it wasn?t ours. We held until they came back out. They ended up giving that bad straight to someone else. No tellingwhat we could have done to it while we had it. I don?t understand why they can?t run like any other fast food place and give youyour food at the window. Maybe they?re under employed? Either way, we had the worst experience. Read more
On multiple occasions they close the drive through early. Most places have staffing issues. That?s understandable but seems a... better idea would be to close indoor ordering and do drive through only. I?m sure most driving thru don?t pull around and goinside. I quit stopping at this location they?re not interested in customer service here. Read more
Went here a few weeks ago and waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for my order. Finally I got annoyed and pulled around to the... window again. Was told they didn?t take my order, did I have the receipt that they didn?t give me. Said no but that I?ve beenwaiting for 30 minutes; they informed me that the girl who took my order left and didn?t tell anyone. They gave me my order;nothing extra just that. I left said thanks and gave it some time. Returned last week, again no workers so I get it I feel forthem. Again people are getting served before me even though they ordered way after me. So I asked about them and was told abouthow there?s only 3 of them and their order was easier to do. Given my order and everything was falling apart. I?m sorry but I?drather take the extra 15 minutes to drive to Anderson, the one on Clemson Blvd is amazing. Read more
