I don?t give bad reviews I honestly hate doing this but with the night manager at this specific Wendy?s needs to be fired asap.... If the District manager or franchise owner reads the comments please don?t hesitate to email me or contact me so I can explainhow disappointed and disgusted people are with the employees here. Also I do have dash cam footage of this poor customerservice. But at around 10:45pm October 11th the manager ?William Cole? actually told me to get out his ?drive-thru? because Iwasn?t ready to order still deciding on what I wanted. Are you serious!? I was honestly shocked that an Employee let alone anmanager saying that to an customer what service? and the tone of his voice tells it all. Please get this man some help before heends up talking disrespectful to the wrong person. It?s sad to see someone so low but that doesn?t excuse you to come to workand take it out on your paying and hungry customers. 5 star is based on other Wendy's, this Wendy's never messes up an order, food is always hot and the drinks are never flat. I've... never had an issue with this location in the decade I've been ordering there. Read more
Asked for 2 cheeseburger off the grill HOT. Was served 2 look warm burgers thar didn't even melt the cheese. Cordially was... replaced with our correct order HOt off the grill. Read more
Wonder food every time, never messed up my order in the past 5 months, always friendly and restaurant is always very clean
Good, when they don't close early. Last few times I wanted to stop they shut the outside lights off before 10pm. McDonalds just... down the road gets all the extra business. They never close early regardless of staffing issues. Read more
This Wendy's is a little older than others in the county. Staff are usually helpful but seem stretched far too thin. It's a... pretty reliable place, just be prepared to yell into the drive through speaker. Read more
