Smallest 16 piece I've ever seen, also asked for hot sauce, honey and spice packs in which ALL were left out of our order. I... don't understand how hard it is to get things right when business is slow at 730pm. Exactly why I avoid bush's at all cost butthe rest of my family wanted it. Not worth $40 Read more

Tea was sour and my family order was half old tenders and half fresh. Everything else was fresh. Manager had a new batch made... and made everything right. Read more

The drinks were ok and the corn nuggets were good. The rolls were dry and crumbly. The gizzards were old, tasted out of date and... like hard fried plastic. I actually hurt my teeth and gums trying to eat them and I always get compliments on my big prettysmile. So I have very nice teeth and gums. Eating here will have you getting dental work. I hate I tipped when I ordered insteadof waiting. The fried okra was just as bad. We will not be eating here again. We'll wait until we go to Killeen, Heights orCove. Read more

Entered the drive thru and a 10 piece order was taken at 5 pm by a young Hispanic male. Was told the cook didn't drop chicken so... the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. Many other customers were getting tended to all around us but not once did anyone approachour vehicle to check if we'd been helped or seek any kind of assistance. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching vehicle aftervehicle drive around us getting there food, I decided to walk inside to check up on our order. Chicken was stacked up to thewarming lights. Didn't get her name, but a young African American woman apologized for the wait and offered us accommodationsfor our dissatisfaction of service. We finally received our food at 5:50 pm. The young woman was absolutely professional andmade up for this unfortunate visit, and because of her, is the only reason we'd return to this location. Read more

I ordered the 20 piece tender meal. I aksed for coleslaw(which they did not have any more) so i got the mashed potatoes w gravy... and green beans.. i got home and started eating the chicken which tasted like the oil has not been changed for a while. Ireceived a small container of gravy to dunk the tenders into. This small container did not last for the 20 pieces. The sides ireceived were good. Read more

Honestly, the worst Bush's Chicken Experience Ever. I bragged for 10 minutes on how Good the Tender Rolls were. We ordered 3... Tender Roll Meals, $20, and, I wish we had opened them there because I would have returned them and asked for my money back. Ittook over 20 minutes to get them, even though we were the only car in line and since we were late we decided to eat on the road.I don't know what the Tender Rolls were, but, I don't think it was even Chicken. Usually, a Tender Roll is a nice size pieceslipped into a warm soft yeast Roll. These were barely the size of my pinky finger. The "Tender" was on top of a hard crustyBun. The Mac-n-Cheese wasn't. It just wasn't. It was cold and old. The Okra was the only thing edible. I'm not sure why it took18 minutes to cook...after they said 2 more minutes. Our drinks were watered down and the Sweet Tea tasted like Cigarette Smoke.???? I don't understand what has happened to the Bush's Chain, but, in my opinion, it isn't worth the stop anymore. I wish Ihadn't wasted my $20 and my breath bragging to my daughter how good it was going to be. Read more

Tenders are 2 inches long. There is probably more meat in a chicken nugget. Please STOP cutting up your tenders to make more... money, you are LOSING my business. Read more
