Yesterday was the first time I wasn't happy with what I received. I don't know if it's because I placed the order early and went... and picked it up, but my bun on my pulled pork sandwich disintegrated in my hands and my rib I ordered on the side was very dry.Usually I go inside and have never had an issue, I don't think I will order online again. We went through the drove through and the lady at the window had the Best customer service I have ever experienced. As we... talked more found out she is a Veteran. Thanks for her service. I love an support my Veteran's. She explained the menu sowell. I wanted everything they had to offer.lol Not only did she know the menu inside and out with details of how they smokedthe meat but she did it with enthusiasm. When we paid for our food she counted the change back ,which is something you don't seeanymore. Lol We had to leave a good tip just for her and even spoke with the manager to let her know that she had a blessing inher employee and wanted her to keep the tip. Now to the food. Yall must eat the brisket OMG delicious. The bark on the brisketis Amazing. I do not even eat brisket but this I love theirs. So tender and moist. Ribs have good flavor and are tender aswell but the brisket is top notch. You won't be disappointed. Now , I will say you should go to this location because, Ilearned that each Dickies have different owners as franchises so not everyone is the same. Read more
For some odd reason the loaded baked potato sounded good and ohhh boy I was correct. I had chopped brisket with spicy BBQ sauce.... Fantastic! Has a little seating area so you can sit and eat lunch. Will definitely be returning. Read more
They food is good. I love the beef and cheese bakers the best! The people are always nice. The reason why I give them a three... star is because more times then not when I call for bakers they are out. It is never that late usually between 5:00-7:30. I amnot sure why they don?t just over estimate to keep from running out. Potatoes are cheap. My other complaint is for 3 or 4 yearsI would order their holiday meals and they would warm them up and have them ready at your selected time, but a few years agothey stopped warmed them up for you so I stopped ordering them.
