Wanted to dine in but no A/C. Was very hot and humid. Bathroom was not clean and I stepped on 2 German roaches. And seen a... third. No one was eating in. The 2 Tables i sat at where sticky. This place sucks I do not recommend I was treated very awful by a women who said her name was Lisa. And as far as management... goes it is very disgusting. I saw stuff everywhere the tables were not cleaned. my order took maybe 15-20 minutes and when I gotmy order the lady was very disrespectful to me saying that I needed to be patient and then proceeded to walk off. Absolutely excellent service from the evening shift on 1/22/2022. Everyone chipped in to make our experience a pleasurable one.... The manager was one of the first from Jack in the Box that went out of his way to greet us and check back with us to ensure thatall was well. It was well worth braving the cold temperatures to eat our favorite fast food which was actually cooked toperfection. Hooray to whomever hired this staff! Read more
Placed our order at 8pm waited 30 mins to get our order and when we finally opened everything it was cold the cheese isn't even... melted. I've been to this location twice and both times I've been disappointed. Won't be back. Read more
