I am a delivery person. They leave items out and I always ask if this is everything of the order I?m picking up. They say yes... but on numerous times I get texts from the customers that items are missing. Today I called the store to let them know (Beltonstore) and the manager said they were slammed and things happen but no one was there when I got there to pick up. Manager wasvery rude. Read more
A lot better than it used to be . But still needs work on customer service and cook times on pizza other than pepperoni .Also... they say they close at 8 but they actually close around 7:30 after that the employees refuse to make pizza . Read more
I got a supreme it was the worst pizza I ever tried to eat. It was more expensive than blaze or any other franchise. The pizza... ended up making my husband sick. I tried speaking to the manager but he could care less. I will never give them my business.They are rude at the front counter and the manager was as well. Read more
I had the best experience I've had in a long time in a restaurant. I believe the lady's name was Tori and she was super sweet. ... She helped me get my order and figure how to pay for it even though I forgot my purse and don't have apple pay. My elderly momand dad order from her and she is always so kind to them. They won't get pizza from anywhere else. The pizza and crazy breadwere both delicious!! Definitely a win!! Read more
Was told that I had to wait in my vehicle instead of the lobby. I explained that it was 103 degree's outside and I did not want... to spend the 25 minutes wasting gasoline and overheating my engine. I made a remark that it was poor customer service since theyallow you into the lobby to order. The lady followed me outside trying to initiate an argument. I was the only customer in thestore. I was told that customers had to sit in their vehicles. I asked why and she told me it was because it is what allcustomers do. Read more
When ordering over the phone I was cut off by a rude worker. Once I came to claim my food, it was very cold and I can within the... time frame they told me. I get home and my order was wrong! I ordered stuffed crazy bread, not the regular. If I hadn?t been cutoff (rudely) in the first place, that mistake would not have been made. Get better workers. Read more
Ordered a pizza, was told it would be a 15-20 min wait. Cool, I'll wait. While sitting in my vehicle at least 10 other customers... were told they had nothing ready and could not make anything due to shutting everything off because they close soon. I placed myorder at 6:54.The door and website both say they close at 8pm. All customers were pretty upset. How is any profit supposed to bemade if customers are getting refused a whole hr before close? Read more
Pizza and crazy bread is always over baked and quality is awful. Go into Temple to location on west Adams. Much better pizza... there! Don?t bother trying to call corporate either they could care less. Thats if you even get them to answer the phone.Customer service is terrible!
