Called to check on lunch specials or a buffet the young lady who actually picked up the phone , listened to my question and... informed me they were closed (it was 10:30 they opened at 11). Charge extra for all the dips?! Come on pizza hut. There was an employee who literally asked a customer for a marinara back... because he wanted ranch even though he had ordered extra. If you doordash make sure you tip doordash not pizza hut, or both. Read more
The worst customer service. I placed an online order for delivery. 90 minutes later I called to check on it. A very rude... employee said she called to cancel my order because they don?t take cash on delivery orders (although their online site offerscash as an option AND I have no missed call from Pizza Hut.) When I said I understand things happen, but maybe they should sendan email or text informing the customer that the order was cancelled, the employee got so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The worst service! I will not order from this location again. My order came and was cold and missing my wings. When I called the... store to inform them the person helping me told me she would send the wings out, it is already late. I told her I wanted arefund to which she said she can?t provide a partial refund. I stated I didn?t want the wings at this point. She began tellingme how she was going to send them out anyways and then she hung up on me! (Extremely unprofessional and rude). I then call backand ask to speak to the manager who gets on the phone, I ask for her name to which she replies ?I don?t have to give my name? Isaid if an upset customer calls and asks for your name you don?t provide it? She responds with ?no I do not have to? I thenasked for the district managers name she said ?you can call corporate to get that?. I explained to her I would do that and I wasvery disappointed in her and the stores service. She begins to tell me what she was told by the other worker (which wasincorrect). She said she would send the wings to which I said again I don?t want the wings now. She then says ok there?s acredit on your account. I then attempted to take the survery that is listed on the receipt and it states they are no longertaking surveys for this location, go figure. It?s horrible! Store #006425 is horrible I would not recommend. Not the worst place I have ever been, but not the best, either. Entering the restaurant, it felt like I was greeted by an... unpleasant odor. The whole place just didn't feel all that clean. The pizza was okay, but fairly average. I started to give thisplace 3 stars but decided to up to 4 because of our waitress/cashier. She was very sweet and served us with a contagiouslyupbeat personality. She kept our glasses full, without being intrusive at all. So that extra star is due to her. Read more
Usually great service. Decided to do curbside for a second time the first time they let me pay with cash and brought my pizza... out. However, the second time I checked in on the app & waited about 20 minutes before the decided to call me and tell me I hadto go inside to pay. I told them I had my daughter and dog and couldn?t and they just apologized and said I still had to goinside even if I was paying with cash. I completely understand but having me wait 20 minutes before deciding to call me or atleast letting me know in the app that curbside isn?t available for cash payments was just ridiculous. Read more
