I?m not sure who this person is in this particular Subway, but Sharon was rude and unfriendly. She doesn?t even wear a name tag,... I had to repeat myself constantly of what I wanted. And, I had to wait because she was doing something else.. bad customerservice!! They are thieves ! $9 and $10 for a sandwich ! No wonder they are always empty . To much compitition out there to be ripping... people off . Never ever again ! So long subway !! And on top of it the staff don't seem like they enjoy subway much either . Read more
Poor service. Servers were wearing their masks below their noses. When I mentioned it, 1 ignored me, the other put her mask up... with her gloved hand then proceeded to handle food. Surly attitudes. Read more
Can't go wrong with a fresh sub sandwich.
My family and I went to this location last night around 8 o'clock, all the chairs and tables were already being put up. When we... asked the lady working if we were able to still eat-in she hesitated to say yes. In Total we had 3 Subs, each on was toasted,after she had toasted our sandwiches she just had them sit on the vegetables side while she made another customers order. Onceour orders were completed our meat and cheese was completely cold, on top of that she told us to move her broom and dust pan outof the way so we could sit down. Read more
It is the best location out of the two we have. The other one the customer service sucks bunch of teens grunting no... communication skills at all. Ugh!!!! Here you get a short polite conversation in the time that you order. And a thank you goodbye out the door. Read more
My visit here tonight was disappointing. I go to the subway inside of Walmart off of West adams frequently and always have great... service so I assumed that's what I would get tonight at the one in belton. When I first walked in, I could tell the customer infront of me was annoyed but I thought maybe he's just being impatient. I was wrong. The employee making the sandwiches hadheadphones in one ear and kept asking the customer to repeat himself after literally everything he said. In addition, he tookforever making the guy a sandwich, a wrap, and a kids sandwich. I really fell like it was because he was listening to musicloudly. It took him fifteen minutes to complete the three items before he got to me. I then told him I wanted cheese and herbsbread. He told me they only had white bread left because his manager told him if they have white bread left, they need to sellit and not make any more cheese and herbs bread. That's not his fault but that was annoying. I will definitely be sticking tothe subway inside the Walmart on West adams from now on. Standing in line for over 15 minutes while the restaurant isn't busy iscrazy! I gave 2 stars because the sandwiches were good-it was just the service that was below standard. Read more
The employees are consistently courteous and efficient. Definitely my favorite subway location despite being in Walmart.
