I have gone here three times now in the last couple months each time the same young girl with dark hair makes my sandwich and... the whole entire time she touches her face mask every time she talks to me she grabs her face mask and pulls it off of her mouthand then puts it back while wearing the same gloves then goes about touching all the meat all the vegetables and dressings. Andhonestly at this point I think she would be cleaner if she didn't have to wear a mask just a personal opinion because at leastthen she wouldn't be touching her face all day :-/ Read more
There were big horses flies landing on the ham and bacon and on the cutting board so I told her I would like some different ham... and bacon and She was offended because I didn't want the meat that the flies landed on so that was my second bad experience Ihad there and so it want be a third..... I would have given this store 5 of 5, but today, I called about about an order that was incorrect. We ordered 2 simple... sandwiches for pick up. Got all the way home, and realized they didn't have some of the toppings we ordered. After being kindand respecting the employee over the phone, I got called disgruntled and upset because they didn't complete my order. Would not recommend this location. Yesterday went to pick up my future pick up. Placed the order at 930 for 12pm. I've done this... a few times before, once at the same location, and a few others. Never had an issue. Well when I went to pick it up I noticed itsaid 10am. Odd. I speak to one of the employees and they tell me it's impossible to do a future order (?) and they just make itright away. I tell her I've done a future order before. She shrugs. "Is there anything that can be done about this?" "No" "WellI'm not taking this, it's been sitting out for two hours" Shrugs again. I tried calling for the manager, but they hung up when Idid, I just wanted a refund at this point. But At this point I'm pretty sure little help will be done. Don't close til 10pm but you wouldn't know it by the looks of the dinning room. No tea made or cookies available. Daniel, the... only employee we encountered, seemed indifferent to helping us and the sandwiches he prepared reflected it. I think we may haveinterrupted his nap. Read more
