Whoever owns this store should pay more attention to it's day to day operations. Something is always missing or wrong or out of... stock . Went yesterday and they were out of meat ! The main ingredient in 90 percent of Thier menu . Don't know if it'smanagement or ownership but to many places are entering the Belton market to be this negligent could be costly . Read more

We came 20 min before lobby was supposed to be closed, but the doors were already locked. So we had to go thru drive thru and... sit outside. ???? We had 4 separate orders and every single one was missing 1-2 items. They didn't give me a utensil to eat myFiesta potatoes with, were rude when we asked for our missing items and didn't want to give me my receipt back after I showedthem what was missing. I haven't been inside their establishment, but the service I have received going through their drive-thru is great. I haven't... received a wrong order yet, they are fast. We have been in long lines for the drive-thru, and the wait wasn't as bad as itlooked. Read more

Staff is friendly and VERY RARELY miss something. Great people we have found since eating here May 2020 when we moved to Belton.... Also door dash them sometimes, thats when the order may miss something, but overall one of the better Taco Bells we have beento! Read more

I'm not sure what's happened to this location, but the service and food quality are not what they used to be. I waited over 30... minutes in line for my order, didn't complain or anything when I finally got it. And then, when I came home to eat, it lookedlike it was leftover dog food. There was a splash of sour cream and guacamole, the beans were hard dry, and the steak was alsodried out. I hope they get back to the quality of food and service they used to be. Read more

I paid $1 for 5 cinnamon twists. This is less than 1/2 the size I got last time. My daughter is very unhappy. I'm giving 2... stars because the staff was great. Read more

The place was spotless! I used the self pay kiosk and it was very intuitive and fast . The staff was friendly and quick.... Restrooms were clean and stocked. I would recommend dining here. Read more
