My order was missing the gravy. When I asked for it, the woman at the window asked me to pull forward and wait. 20 minutes went... by, still no gravy. Two other people got their orders behind me. We finished our food while sitting in the line waiting for thegravy that I paid for. Still never got it after half an hour. I think they forgot about us. It actually made us laugh - but thelevel of incompetence and lack of care the employees displayed is genuinely concerning. 0/10 I would NOT recommend. Read more

I was honestly surprised. I went there at 3am tonight and haven?t eaten here in a long time. Got the new burger and it was... honestly delicious. And the burger was put together well with no sloppiness and tastes amazing. This is a really good burger Isuggest y?all try it tbh. And for a late night visit at 3am I expected lazy food cause that?s what usually happens at fast foodwhen you do late visits but there wasn?t anything lazy about it at all. I tried to go to McDonald?s before this visit and theymade excuses not to serve me since it was so late. But Whataburger didn?t and they were also very polite. Thank you! Read more
I'm not entirely sure what was all over the box of the biscuit and gravy, or why my cutlery pack was already opened. Probably... the worst state I've ever received a meal from Whataburger. I'll just stop in Harker Heights or Killeen from now on. Read more
To say I was frustrated would be putting it nicely. The picture says it all. Is this a hatch grilled chicken sandwich? It was... late in the evening. The order taker read me back the order perfectly. When I paid at the window, she read me my orderperfectly. I drive off, check my order. It's a cheese burger. (Can't eat beef or it would not be a big deal - dietaryrestrictions). When I went back for the refund, the manager acted as if I was the problem. After giving me the refund, he askedwhat else did I need from him? Ummmmm courtesy? respect? to address the issue with his crew? Not an apology because it's notsincere if you have to ask for it. I will say this....the person who took the order - on point. The cashier - super friendlyand pleasant. Even with handling the complaint, she was pleasant and I wasn't rude. I did eat the fries and drank the coffee.Said I would pay for that part of the meal.
