I must say that the previous experience was terrible. My wife and I went in today and I was absolutely impressed with the... changes made. The new staff members are MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL than the previous. Two young ladies were at the register todayand I feel like my wife and I were family. The atmosphere was quiet and soft music was heard without making it impossible totalk over our dinner. Our food was ready very quickly and everything was spot on according to the order. I was pleased to seethat the blue cheese was marked with "bc" on the lid and the ranch was not marked. This was a thoughtful touch that makes a hugedifference to me because I don't like blue cheese. I hope that this is going to be a common practice. This place has reallyturned around thanks to having the right people on the payroll. To the manager: I typically don't ask for names because it'stoo personal and seems impolite. However, the crew was exceptional today. The guys in the back absolutely nailed it. A specialthanks goes out to Bella and Tiffany..... my wife and I really appreciate the personal touch you put on and please keep doingthe labels on dip sauces. The manager Patrick was funny and he seems like a great person to work for. The atmosphere was exciting. Our order was hot and... fresh even the fries were perfect. This location has really stepped up. I recommend everyone go in and see for yourself. Read more

I went in here tonight and had the best customer service from Shawn! He went out of his way to make sure everything was correct... and good, I even saw him checking on other tables to make sure their experience was just as good. Thank you Shawn! Read more

The wait was long. Got to hear staff complaining. Phone ringing off the hook before staff would answer. 3 customers in the... business, so not overly busy. Staff can't pour tap beer. Half foam. Half beer. Wow! First and last time at this location..... Read more

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Every time I order from the location something happens AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!... this particular time I ordered wingstop delivery and my food all of a sudden on the tracker said it was delivered and completedafter over an hour of me waiting but I look outside my door and no food, so then I call them and a man picks up the phone and Itell him about my situation. And he tell me ?DoorDash hasn?t been doing their job today so it would be best for you to come pickit up? so I go pick up the food after waiting hours for it and when I get there I ask about my delivery refund and the tiprefund since it wasn?t delivered and they all say they don?t know sooo now I?m stuck with food that?s been sitting for over anhour and no refund Read more

I normally like Wingstop, but I am done with this location. The food tastes fine, but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I... have ordered from them multiple times and always have to wait, even if I show up after the time the app says it will be ready.If something is wrong, you bet it won't get fixed. Most recently, after placing an order through their app for only anindividual meal, it said the wait time was over an hour. Considering that this was on a run-of-the-mill Monday, it wassurprising. I called to cancel the order since I didn't want to wait that long. I was told that the order was cancelled and Iwould be refunded within the next couple of days. Well, here we are two and a half weeks later and I still haven't beenrefunded. I also cannot get them to answer the phone no matter what day or time of day I call. I'm pretty sure I'm never goingto see my refund. But I'm also pretty sure I'll never eat there again. Read more
