Currently being remodeled and appears to be closed but drive-thru is open . Not the most welcoming place, at so many levels.... Staff's customer service skills are not the best. New fish and chips item was woefully different from its marketing. Read more
Horrible staff and horrible food. Fries - Soggy and tastes like old grease, no seasoning - Chicken Sandwich - Patty was old,... rock hard ( possible fried too long ) and flat! Bacon was old and crucnhy not crispy. Asked for Horse radish and didnt get it.Waited at the drive thru with no one in front of me for about 4 mins before anyone would answer me. They've always got the meats! New hush-puppy breaded fish sticks were crunchy and tasty. Greek gyro was hot, fresh, and just the... right amount of tsasiki sauce. Staff were efficient and friendly. Peach lemonade had just the right amount of tart and sweet.Crunchy fries come in curly or crinkle, nice potatoes taste. Always come back for more Arby's. Read more

I got the chicken sandwich and roast beef sandwich both were dry as the desert ????. Don't stop at the Arby's in Beltsville, MD... on Rt 1. Keep driving even if you are starving!!! Read more
I was a little disappointed. I went in for the Brisket Gyro, but they were out of Pita bread. Tried another sandwich (forgot... what it was) wasn't bad, but wasn't what my taste buds were waiting for. Couldn't get the sandwich that I wanted, then had todrink flat soda. I don't drink soda much, but when I do, I like to have a nice strong fizzy one. I STILL LUV Arby's once inawhile. Read more
Higher priced fast-food restaurant that specializes in roast beef sandwiches. This visit I tried their chicken sandwich with... Swiss and bacon. Sandwich was served quickly but was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted The chicken is a pressed patty not achicken breast and not all white meat. About the same as the McDonalds $1 offering in quality at 5 times the price. I avoidedthe fries and went with a side salad. Veggies were reasonably fresh but there was water in the bottom of the bowl. Mostly Cokeproducts for the fountain drinks. I have eaten here enough to know that most of the food is mediocre at best, but therestaurants around it were full today and I didn't have time to wait. This trip I tried the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich. The hamon the sandwich is good but the chicken still needs improvement. Salad was better this time. Read more
Dine-In? It's not bad if your food actually is made fresh, which good luck on that. Drive-Thru? Don't waste your time, go... somewhere else. Been coming off and on over the past few years, and I've never had to yell into a drive-thru microphone more inmy life. All I ever get back at this location is "HUH? WHAT? SORRY? Can't hear you! What?" or today's "What?" "I was repeatingmy full order. I wanted to check because you were having trouble hearing me..." "What? Just pull forward bro." And aftergetting my order wrong for the now 5th time in a row, or in the past where they've had me pull forward to wait for my food(in... a one lane drive-thru... while they continue to server other customers to NOT inform them why you're still blocking theexit waiting for your own food...) I'm just, I'm done. No more. I can go get cold chicken and cold mozzarella sticks literallyanywhere else in town, including the local freezer section.
