?ve been ordering here for 2 years now. Last night was a terrible experience. I ordered 1 pizza, around 10:30pm. I can... understand it was a Friday night, they must of been busy but there?s no reason why my order could of been almost 2 hours late.I?ve called their phone number multiple times, no answer. I always get the grilled chicken greek salad from here and it's always fresh and delicious.
Good pizza, cheesesteak, wings, and fried food. However, this place has the absolute WORST Italian sub/hoagie/grinder I've ever... had by a LOOOONNNG shot, and I've had hundreds of them from many dozens of places. It had big hunks of ham steak, bologna, andwilted lettuce. Maybe cold sandwiches just start their thing since the other food was good but oh lordy was that Italian subterrible. Read more
I should have believed the reviews instead of ordering. I placed my delivery order and the tracking screen says preparing order... the entire time so don?t rely on the tracking. I didn?t receive the order at all and the delivery driver had the audacity tobasically scream at me after he called me saying he did deliver. I called the store 3 times and at first they said I was gettingmy money back which I didn?t believe then I call back after the delivery driver called and the man then tells me that themanager will call me. I will never order from them again. I have been ordering from this dirty place for over 6 years and when I called them and told... them they did my pizza incorrectly, they are very rude and disrespectful. "DO NOT ORDER IN THIS RESTAURANT" Why? The service wasn't good, We called to order a pizza at 8:00pm ( they closed at 9:00pm... which I'm aware of) the guy was in a hurry for me to order he's about to hang up the phone after I say what flavor I want forthe pizza "Which is very rude for me and disrespectful". Pick up Order, We went to grab our order and we are very disappointedabout the quality of the pizza because it is not HOT AT ALL and the fries with beef and cheese was VERY DRY and STALE, there'sno onion in the fries as well. It seems like the food was ready for the whole day/week and they re-heat the food and serve tothe customer. :/ Packets, for the packets they just give you 2 each of cheese and 2 of pepper and 1 garlic for LARGE PIZZA!!Ok?! LARGE PIZZA I ORDERED PEOPLE but then I feel like I have to fight for it just to give me extra packets which he gave me 1each cheese and 1 of pepper as you can see in the picture it is 3 pcs each toppings. I don't understand how this pizza placeworks when it comes of the service it's like the toppings are very expensive for them. The Garlic sauce they gave me only 1,and I wanted another once but the Bold African Short guy was like "If you like another one, you have to pay CASH! I was likewhat?? CASH? I don't really understand this place. But since i pay through card it's easy to charge me through card, am icorrect? And in this generation technology is very advance this is the reason why we have bank cards now. But I do notunderstand why you accept only CASH? I don't carry cash at all. And I wonder how much he will charge me just for the Garlicsauce. I'm very disappointed in this PIzza Bolis Place. So, I didn't get any Garlic sauce so i walked away and I will not comeback because everything was POOR SERVICE FROM PHONE CALL TO QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND THE SERVICES. Driving through PG county construction, their driver is honking at every stop sign, not keeping distance from our car while... tailgating, and driving recklessly when passed the construction area. Needless to say, I will not be supporting such activities. Read more
