The staff are friendly and professional! However, the chicken was old and greasy! We got sick immediately after eating it.
I come at this restaurant every other weekend, and today was my first time i tried the flounder fish sandwich spicy. And... honestly i ate it because i was hungry , but is WAY TOO SALTY. Spicy is good , but i don?t know if the sauce is salty or thefish has salt in it ? But i stay with the chicken better , always served hot and fresh. Restaurant is clean , service is greatand fast. And because of that way too salty fish they don?t get my 5 stars. Read more

The manager Habib had no customer service skills at all! I completed the survey and received a code for a free 2 piece... w/biscuit. I presented my receipt with the code that was given to me online after completing thr survey. Habib told me that Icouldn't use the code and I had to do the survey over again. When asked him why he told me that the code didn't work and wasn'tvalid. I logged into the site in front of him and enter my receipt information and immediately the site diplayed a message thatonly one receipt per gousehold could be used . Habib went on to tell me that he doesn't do tye offer but would donit this onetime. Then he packed a hard biscuit and dried out chicken. I won't be going back to that location. When I first walked in it seemed the restaurant customers and staff were a little unorganized and there was a dog in the... restaurant. I stood back and observed for a moment and things settled down quickly. I was most impressed with Chelsea's customerservice. She assisted me and was very helpful. She saw a gentleman standing to the side. She asked him if she could assist himsince it seemed no one else was preparing his order. Very, very polite young lady. And yes, the Manager did seem a bitaggressive to the other cashier and customers as someone else stated In their review. Read more
