Service is quick and friendly. Coffee is always ????. The place though, doesn't look so invito.
Coffee was horrible, lukewarm and old, they used milk instead of cream, service was extremely slow. 3 people working there. 2... were working there butts off, while 1 young girl was just standing and watching. I'm guessing she was in training. Drivethrough had a line wrapped around the building. While people were also waiting inside dining area for there orders. Guess it'sa matter of not enough staff and better organizing. I gave 3 stars because I truly believe it was not the employees faults asthey were understaffed and it was beyond there control.. This location always has an excuse that they are under staffed! Twice this week, my mobile order wasn?t ready! Took them over 10... minutes to prepare my drink, while waiting there! On top of that, they got my order wrong! Stay away from the Beltsvillelocation if you value your time, they definitely do not! Read more

I went to the drive thru when it is was completely empty and ordered two basic drinks with no modifications. It took 10 minutes... and nobody even said anything to me while I watched them make drink after drink. No apology for the wait either, just handed methe drinks and turned away. My black tea was amazing and I really enjoyed the bagel but someone needs to tell that Alina girl to watch her attitude !... there?s no reason I should?ve gotten a dirty look when I walked even and not even a hello ! came out of her mouth, and I find itweird how aggressive she is towards her coworkers, someone had made a drink in the blender and she just dumps it out to use itwhile it was still full, disgusting attitude and waste of product, do better starbucks !!!!!! Shout out to my barista, Audrey! I ordered a mobile with an iced white chocolate mocha and banana bread, arrived on time, and... she took care of me right away. They had run out of banana bread for the day and Audrey was quick to offer alternative optionsor a refund.
