They have not been open in lobby only drive thru, if you try to call an order over the phone they never answer. They are short... staff but when I stop by to buy pizza they are busy smoking outside and they tell you they are very busy and short staff. I'mnot sure if managment is the problem but they are always lossing workers at the belvidere location. There is a lot of room forimprovement in all ways at this location. Read more

This place allways has a long line for the drive thru, and after ordering you have to wait on the parking lot so they can bring... you your food. When you get on line to they bring your order it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. They usually don't have hotand ready pizza. Read more
The drive threw lines are very long and narrow. Hot in ready in 5 minutes not here. I've order online via pick up. The pizza was... a bit under cooked. Keep in mind this is cheap pizza. So i pre order so I don't have to wait in line for 45 minutes. I missedthe old kmart little caesars then this new one. I've order twice online here. But they did messed up my first online order whenI forgot to pick up the crazy sause when using the pizza box thing. But the second really disappointed me on how under cooked itwas. Why I did do pick up so I don't make the same mistake again on first online order. Read more
The location is brand new, conveniently located, and the prices are reasonable for the pizza but I think there needs to be some... effort in hiring and maintaining quality staff as well as ensuring hot and ready pizzas are actually available. I would stronglysuggest that the drive through only handle already ordered pick up or hot and ready only. Don?t waste your money on the wings,very grisly. Read more

Order the Big Dish Detroit style cheese pizza" and it took 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. It was a wait in line with other... customers waiting on their Pizza. But overall the place was very friendly" a warm feeling to it, the cleanliness of thisrestaurant was very well noticeable and I appreciate the fact that the place was very clean. Me myself is not a big fan ofLittle Caesar pizza, this order was for my young adult sons who love their Pizza. Read more
