Normally this place is good for me. Tonight was less than good. My order of fries was missing and when I went back it was almost... like they accused me of missing them myself or something-looking in the bag 2 or 3 times to see if they were hiding somewhere.They replaced the food with fresh, which was nice, but then pushed the bag at me and said, "here's your order ma'am. Ordered online on 8/26/22 at round 6 am ordered breakfast for my kids before going to school, ordered hashbrowns for my kids, i... parked in the spot for online pick ups the lady that came out to hand me my food gave me 2 big bags, my complaint is the ladythat came out she was in a bad mood for some reason not my fault her job choice not mine drove across town to wake my kids up tohashbrowns treat for them to be good kids on their first day of school, only to find out they were not in the bag had to driveacross town back to get hashbrowns for my already disappointed kids only to see that lady was on the front desk. I told her igot no hashbrowns with receipt on hand she just gave me a blah look walked over put the hashbrowns put them in a bag and kindatoss them to me no sense of resent or care for the customer not even a single simple "sorry" more of a look of disgust, dontknow what kinda of day she was having but not my fault or my kids fault that her day is/was going like that, so yeah real badexperience i had, rushed back home only to rush my kids to eat their treat for being good kids at school Read more
When I say that Debbie and her morning team came through for me last minute, I mean it! We needed to provide 400 breakfast... sandwiches to our plant and office employees as well as additional others with very little notice and Debbie didn?t hesitate toaccommodate us at all! I know it is a busy time of the day at 730am on a Monday morning not to mention the added work load onthe friendly, kind, and helpful morning staff but I could not appreciate everyone coming through to make it happen more!
