For a 24 hour restaurant and stopped at 430 to get something to eat to take some medication and they told me they where closed.... Due to a ?rush? and getting breakfast prepared and that they would be opened at 5 like I was going to wait at a truck stop toget food when the sign stated that a restaurant was 24 hour. Worst McDonald's as of yet the people here are below subpar orders are always wrong, their drive thru is ridiculous, food cold... nearly every time and their shake/frappe/ice cream machine has been down going on for over a whole year. I pulled it into the drive-thru at 3:13am. I waited at the ordering box for 6 minutes before pulling up to the window, where I... had the wave down an employee who finally came to the window. When I ordered a sausage biscuits, I was told they didn't havethat at this time. I asked what was included in the all-day breakfast menu. I just wanna say for those of you who come here and complain about the food price, the company can't help it. It's the deal this... location makes with Oasis. They HAVE to raise the price a bit in order to keep open. As for the service, they are pretty fast.If you get mad at a cashier because your food is taking too long just know first off, it's the cook, not the cashier, thatdetermines the time it takes for food (unless it's fries) and second off, if you see someone taking an order while you'rewaiting for your food and others getting served NO, THEY DIDNT FORGET YOU. It just means your food isn't up yet. Also, thethings that take the longest to make are the Chicken Sandwiches, McChickens,, Filet O'fish, and McNuggets because they areusually cooked right then and there. I walk in the Oasis to place my order at the McDonald's I am hungry I have not eaten all day. When I went there I was so happy... because McDonald's is my favorite place to eat. After I placed my order and paid in cash I saw another guest with his childplace an order paid in cash as well. The associate that was there did not wash their hands did not put any gloves on andproceeded in completing our order and making food. I saw the associate with my own eyes put her whole hand in a french frycontainer unfolded and open it up using her hands and proceeded and filled it with french fries. This is disgusting and notsanitary we have a pandemic going on is this how they take care of their customers?
