Been coming to this location since I was a kid. Their hours are all over the place now. I used to have lots of issues with... missing items, which it has gotten a bit better in that aspect. But customer service is not their specialty. The person takingmy order at night was cutting me off while ordering/customizing. I was trying to explain at the window that our drinks weremessed up. There was some confusion on their end as to what I actually ordered. I am very patient knowing that half of their newemployees are highschool students. But the more experienced worker that took over and helped us was insanely rude. I work incustomer service as well, and the treatment there was not it. Read more
